Consultations are offered on a short term and long term basis. Our Care Managers are highly skilled and can help you navigate challenging situations you are facing. We can engage in crisis situations, provide advocacy and management of those situations and provide referrals, arrangements, and recommendations to address medical or behavioral changes to meet the needs of the individuals and families. Monitoring Many families rely on our services as they are often not near to their loved ones and find this new journey difficult to navigate. We can provide on-going monitoring and management to reflect and update the changes and needs of the individuals involved.
